{"id":2656,"date":"2020-03-03T11:40:18","date_gmt":"2020-03-03T10:40:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hostellerie-du-haras.fr\/?page_id=2656"},"modified":"2026-03-26T16:44:28","modified_gmt":"2026-03-26T15:44:28","slug":"terms-and-conditions-of-sale","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.hostellerie-du-haras.fr\/en\/conditions-generales-de-vente\/","title":{"rendered":"Terms and Conditions of Sale"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Terms and Conditions of Sale<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Article 1 \u2013 Scope \u2013 Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These general terms and conditions of sale define the contractual relations between LOISIRS COTE VACANCES and the customers of our hotels and residences, barring any specific written derogation. They also apply to any reservation made via our reservation center, directly with our hotels and residences, or via the Internet. The registration of the reservation and the sending of the confirmation shall constitute proof of the transaction and acceptance of the operations carried out. Any validated reservation implies express and full acceptance of our general terms and conditions of sale, acknowledgement of having full knowledge thereof, and waiver of the right to rely on one's own purchasing conditions or other conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Article 2 \u2013 Booking and payment terms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Room reservation is only valid after acceptance by the reservations department or manager and the provision of a credit card number as a guarantee. In the event of prepayment, the balance must be paid 30 days before your arrival date without any reminder from us. Otherwise, we reserve the right to consider your booking cancelled and to apply the applicable cancellation fees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For online bookings, the customer is fully informed that on the day of arrival, the remaining balance for the stay and, where applicable, any associated services will be charged automatically and without prior notice to the credit card used at the time of booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For transient guests and monthly stays, payment is to be made upon presentation of the invoice upon arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Invoices will be issued in the name of the resident or the legal entity paying for the stay. The resident must provide proof that the said legal entity is covering their stay expenses; otherwise, the invoice will be issued in their name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Article 3 \u2013 Cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any cancellation of stay must be notified by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt sent to our reservations department and will be taken into account on the date of receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>LCV Residences:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cancellation fees will be charged automatically and without formalities in the following cases and under the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>cancellation more than 7 days before your arrival date, the booking fees will be retained.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For cancellations made between the 7th and the 3rd day before your arrival date, 50 % of the total cost of the stay and the administrative fee will be retained. .<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you cancel 3 days or less before your arrival date or fail to show up, 100 % of the total cost of your stay and the booking fee will be retained.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>LCV Hotels:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cancellation fees will be charged automatically and without formalities in the following cases and under the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cancellation 4 days or less before your arrival date or no-show, the total amount of the stay will be charged to your credit card. To obtain a possible refund, we advise you to take out cancellation and stay-interruption insurance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Article 4 \u2013 Duration of stay<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With the exception of specific contracts with our partners (\u00aballotment\u00bb), no rental agreement may be signed for a duration exceeding 1 month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Extension<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Subject to availability and at the discretion of the residence manager, the length of stay may be extended. In the event of an extension, a new rental agreement will be signed. Any extension requires that all sums owed by the client for their previous stay be paid in full beforehand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Early departure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The stay may be terminated before the contractually scheduled end date by notifying the residence manager within the following timeframes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>More than 48 hours in advance for stays of less than 7 nights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>More than 14 days in advance for a stay of 7 to 29 nights.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of an early departure, the applicable rate will be the one corresponding to the shortened duration. Any tariff modification related to a departure will apply retroactively to the client's account as of their arrival date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Article 5 \u2013 Arrival \/ Departure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LCV Residences:<br>In high season, barring express agreement from the reservation department or the residence manager, the minimum stay is 7 nights with arrival scheduled on Saturday, between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and departure on the following Saturday before 10:00 AM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the low season, arrival days are flexible, the minimum stay is 2 nights, with arrival from 5:00 PM and departure before 10:00 AM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Article 6 \u2013 Price<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our prices are all-inclusive of taxes and, unless otherwise stated in the rental agreement, include the provision of the accommodation and utilities (electricity is extra for monthly rentals).
